This year Forbes published that burnout costs employers millions, or even billions, every year. There is an increasing trend of work-related stress and burnout within the corporate and public sector. Workers and managers need to become more aware of self, their physical and mental wellbeing and learn leadership techniques that enable organizations and teams to thrive in this era of high volatility and uncertainty. This retreat offers individuals, teams and organizations an opportunity to uncover the points of leverage in their system in order to build a culture of high-performance and a happy team. Through experiential learning the participants build better understanding of self and the others enabling them to become an active shaper of their organizational/team culture.
