MINDFULNESS RETREAT
For advanced individuals –leaders, managers, key people in companies- who believe that mindfulness practices and programs influence the improvement of leadership practices and provide tools for innovative solutions and the creation of sustainable goals.
Story behind the program
Demands of the new economic paradigm go beyond existing leadership experience. The need for highly focused leaders has emerged at the foundation of a new reality as a starting point for successful change management. The key to navigating in challenging and turbulent times is mindfulness. Mindfulness training is very important as it has been shown that intervention programs that are grounded in mindfulness enhance the executive functions of the individual.
Who is it meant for
This program is for the advanced individuals – leaders, managers, key people in companies, who:
- Want to learn nine steps to mindfulness leadership;
- Want to find how mindfulness practices influence the development and concepts of sustainable leadership;
- Want to know how to calm the mind, move away from the problem and see it as a challenge;
- Want to know how to strengthen self-awareness and self-leadership;
- Want to learn how to mindfully develop linguistic intelligence for better communication;
- Want to know how to mindfully listen and develop thinking beyond the established frames;
- Want to learn how to create innovative solutions with mindfulness practices.
Program is for individuals as well as organisations.
This OSMA program will be held four times per year. It will lasted 2 days or 3 ½ day in package with the program Coaching for personal growth.

Price per participant: 575,00 € or in package with Coaching for personal growth: 975,00 € (VAT excluded).
Minimum number of particpants: 10
The program will be held in English, Slovene or Croatian language.
Competences it builds
- Learn different mindfulness practices to train focus i.e. mindful diary writing, meditation;
- Learn unique breath techniques to improve focus and clarity;
- Storytelling practice of dreams and fantasy as a tool to build group culture and acceptance of differences;
- Learn how to mindfully listen to different music genres to widen your frame of thinking;
- Learn how to practice relaxation in different positions of the body for self-awareness and calm the mind;
- Learn how to mindfully and respectfully communicate with each other to gain better innovative solutions;
- Learn how to place a day for focus in your weekly schedules.
