Why is this needed?
Since the Industrial Revolution, there has been a need for creative restructuring of business culture and practices to keep up with our ever changing world. Leaders have the responsibility to take time, think about the changes needed and shift their mindset and their way of acting. They need to define a new culture and leadership paradigm that can deal with unexpected changes, complexity, uncertainty, interconnectivity and demands for ethics and meaning from employees and customers.
What’s unique/different about it?
For this workshop we combine the knowledge and experiences of Miha Pogačnik – Violin Maestro and leadership Innovator, Andrej Božič – Business Strategist and experienced CEO and Ksenija Špiler Božič – Leader Shaper and Business Coach.

What’s the approach and methods?
The Miha Method aims to awaken the artistic principle in every human being and targets individuals in leadership positions. It relies on the power of great Art as a teacher and addresses common challenges and dilemmas regarding performance, motivation, inspiration, vision, direction, action with impact, trust, co-creation and creativity.
Andrej’s superpowers are questions and ideas which challenge today’s thinking and views on mission, vision and strategy as well as increase ambitions. He encourages us to see the big picture and the co-dependence and connectedness between different parts in and outside of the organizations. Ksenija uses the method of dialogue and self-reflection to manage group dynamics which enables every individual to co-create and contribute to the process and final result.
What would the participants get out of it?
The participants will learn how to turn an organization from good or excellent to a sustainable Masterpiece which will serve employees, customers and other stakeholders as well as the planet. This means that they will have to find out the higher purpose and in this respect it will be necessary to re-define the mission, the vision and the strategy of their organization.
Comparing it with music which is composed on five note lines, while business is usually driven only by »bottom line«, they will figure out what they need to change or add to create a Masterpiece from their organization.
