Born and raised in Vienna, Austria. With a degree in Industrial Engineering I started to work at the University of Technology in Vienna as an Assistant Professor in the field of leadership and organizational theory. I did my Dissertation on planning methods in the consultancy business. Over fifteen years I was in leadership positions in large international organizations like Austrian Industries and Siemens. I became self-employed in 2001, focusing my work on creativity, leadership and cultural change. Some major clients I have worked with, supporting them in transformational shifts and leadership development have been Siemens, BASF, Deutsche Post, City of Vienna, Daimler, Syngenta.
During my deep training in Earth Wisdom at the Ehama Institute in New Mexico for almost seven years I learned the power of ancient designs and tools that are more than adequate for personal and organizational development, based on a profound shift in consciousness. More than ever my passion is to blend ancient Earth Wisdom with modern approaches – in service to individuals and organizations to discover their purpose and release their creative potential.

I am Slovenian by origin. The world started expanding for me already during student years. I studied Economy in Croatia and completed my Masters from International Relations at the CEU in Hungary. I started my professional path in media and culture. Ever since 1997 I’ve been devoted to raising awareness on the value of human dimension in organisations, and developing human potential by inhouse and open programs internationally. That said, my personal evelopment led me from being a consultant to becoming a coach, trainer and catalyst. Through years I’ve attended many accredited programs that paved my way, amongst others: Art of Hosting, Participatory Leadership, TotalSDI, Stonebow TTT, Evocative Leadership, Points of You, Create & nMAPS Coaching, Constellation Camp, Genos Emotional Intelligence, etc.
For solid record;); I’ve been working in different leadership roles within Hill International for 21 years, and I’ve been a part of Nowhere catalysts team since 2012. Today I support organisations on their transformational journeys by shaping wholesome cultures and evoking genuine leadership. I have recently united the years of precious experience and learnings under the newly established brand Blue in Green. And I became Points of You Country Leader for Slovenia along the way;). Inspired by the human creative potential I coach individuals and facilitate group processes that promote innovation, authenticity and empower action. My study and work have taken me around the world offering many opportunities to work with and across different cultures. Education and creativity alchemist
Elena Gramatikovska is a concert pianist by training and a dancer by the calling of her heart. In the spirit of playfulness and innovation and due to the lack of an all-encompassing word that will explain her diverse background and experience, she decided to title herself an “education and creativity alchemist”. She strongly believes that when people come together with an open mind, an open heart and embrace their individual and collective vulnerabilities, connection and creativity flourish in their own unique natural way. She is a graduate of the Master of Leadership and Music at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London, UK and now works as a freelance leadership trainer in Amsterdam.
Coach
When I left Futura DDB, one of Slovenia’s top marketing agencies, after 20 years (having been its managing director for 15 years), my team gave me a pair of skis as a farewell gift, on which there was an engraving. Translated into English it says something along the lines that I should ‘continue to do things to the full, smart and in my own way, just as I did at Futura’.
This really is me. Giving my all, using my head and avoiding mainstream solutions. The path I’ve followed throughout my career, and now in my consulting business. I wasn’t born with leadership skills, but I was certainly always willing to learn and eager to grow. My origins are in marketing, which I later upgraded with a career in HR, but my greatest love, to which I am devoted, is coaching. Being able to help my clients unlock their potentials and show them new, different perspectives. This is the most valuable experience I can give my clients, and the most rewarding.

Violin virtuoso Miha Pogačnik (Po-gah-chnik) is a Cultural Entrepreneur, Social Artivist and Ambassador of Culture of the Republic of Slovenia. He is perhaps best known for using his violin in organic and disruptive ways to reposition the impact of the Arts in society and connect Disciplines, Cultures and Generations. At the crossroads of Economy, Politics and Culture he is founder of Ecoculture, NGO Gandin Foundation and IDRIART. With his initiative Terra Parzival in his homeland Slovenia he envisions a new prototype of society with Social Art at its core.
Miha debuted his career as a classical violinist after completing his studies in Germany and as a Fulbright US scholar. After playing extensive concert tours, he put his artistic gifts and genius at the service of something bigger than entertainment: he invented a new type of cultural festivals known as the IDRIART movement. Bold and a true visionary he travelled with his audiences in « caravans » and « flotillas » to European crisis areas shaking taboos, healing the wounds of war and culturally interacting with local communities. In the late 90’s, he founded Ecoculture and introduced his new process, the Miha Method, into the Business Innovation landscape and later in Politics. Trusting the integrity of classical masterpieces Miha treats them in completely new ways inducing co-creation and the Entrepreneurial spirit in organization development. His core vision is to awaken the artistic principle in every human being while addressing structural and systemic problems in society. She started her professional career in international trade. In 1993 she became an independent entrepreneur and since 2000 she is the director of company BB Consulting. Over 18 years as the director BB Consulting she successfully led consulting and educational programs for more than 160 companies.

Zineta Vilman obtained her MSc from the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana. The subject of her thesis was “Mindfulness – As Important Factor in the Development of Sustainable Leadership”, and it was written under the mentorship of prof. Vlado Dimovski. She has more than 30 years of business experience in various fields and at different levels. All that has given her direct insight into diverse management and leadership practices. It has also consolidated her strong belief – that good relationships and respect for the human well being, environment and self are the foundation of success for both: the organization and individuals.
For that reason she decided to participate in the development of sustainable leadership by raising awareness of the positive elements of leadership (mindfulness included). She is the creator of her own “Program for Sustainable Mindful Leadership”. Today, she is an independent business consultant and also a lecturer and online mentor in Leadership and Management at “DOBA Business School”. She has recently received annual DOBA’s award as Best Mentor in Slovenia in 2019. She is an active member of the “Manager’s Association of Slovenia and “Rotary Club Ljubljana Tivoli”. Since 2013 she is actively involved in the “First Lego League Project”, supporting the development of technical culture and good values among young people. Marie-Anne Izmajlov is an extremely versatile singer and actress. Mezzo-soprano, known for the beauty of her voice, and the strong emotional performances she delivers. She studied musical theatre and acting in London (Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts) and classical singing in Moscow (Academic Musical College P.I. Tchaikovsky).
In the course of her career she has performed around the world, with more than 1000 performances to her credit. Her audience often includes heads of state, as well as aristocrats and diplomats. Marie-Anne Izmajlov sings across various genres and in 25 languages. Some years ago, she was hosting her own show on National TV, channel 1. She has also worked as a theatre director & actress. Occasionally she is invited to host elite events. Beside her mother language, Slovenian, she is also fluent in British English, Russian and German.
She is the brand ambassador of Viennese jewelry house FREYWILLE.
Violinist, conductor, composer, producer and professor
A violinist, conductor, composer, producer and professor, Benjamin Izmajlov has finished his Master’s at the famous Tchaikovsky State Conservatory in Moscow. He studied also in Italy and in Vienna before that. He teaches at the Vienna Music Academy and is a guest soloist of the Moscow Philharmonic Society. Benjamin is also invited as a jury member on international music competitions. He has worked with some of the most distinguished artists and ensembles.
Benjamin is an endorsed artist of the UK pro-audio equipment company Prism Sound Ltd. He is a producer and author of platinum awarded projects such as “The Slavic Soul” and “The Slovene Heart” as well as newer ones “Songs of My Home” and the “The Russian Collection”. Benjamin is the founder of the Slovenian Diplomatic Concert and the International Academy Giusppe Tartini.
In his youth he was the champion in electrotechnics in the former Yugoslavia and prize winner in physics competitions in Slovenia.
